HOW TO OPTIMIZE YOUR PERFORMANCE

✅Interrupt for exercise/stretching
Break for a short exercise. Gently stretch your muscles and ligaments. This will cheer you up and give your body a break.

✅Relax with natural light
Go outside. Leave your phone on your desk. Natural sunlight helps in optimizing our mood, gives us energy and makes us happier. If you don’t have that option, sit close to a window and recharge with natural light.

✅Breathe fresh air
If you work indoors, don’t forget to air it constantly or go outside. This will help you focus, reduce stress, and increase mental clarity. We need to breathe to live, so breathe healthy air! It will be even better if you combine this process with grounding and soaking up the sunshine!
